Watch are much tougher than Militia, trained guards who are best as a defensive unit. Their attack strength is low, so get their weapons upgraded to a Trinity Pike or Light Halberd as soon as you can. They will defend your Settlement to the last man, determined not to let their friends and families become refugees for a second time.
